To Soon For Christmas Music?

So, I've decided to make a video for the bulk of what I wanted to say in this post. The snow got me all pumped up for the holidays, plus it's already December! How did that happen? Time was stealthier than Silent E, the ninja {don't get the reference? Click here. Not impressed? Here's his Alexander Hamilton rap at the White House Poetry Jam, where President Obama and First Lady Michelle were present}!

Anyways, enjoy the video{s}! If you have any questions, comments, don't hesitate to give me any kind of feedback {on my own video; I can't really do anything about the other ones}.

Happy (technically for me) Monday!

À bientôt!
xoxo

  1. Thanks, very enjoyable video. Black Keys description my favorite. A lot of musicians from Africa end up performing in France, I hope this is true in Lyon and that you get to catch some. Heading north will be exciting, Germany will be beautiful. More still photos in the video would be nice, I (like most of your fans) have never seen Lyon etc. I am really happy that you are doing this blog. A question- are the French aloof about the Christmas present business, do they have anything equivalent to Black Friday?

  2. I will have to do some searching for African musicians playing in Lyon, but I'm sure there's something of that nature here. To answer your question, the French do buy presents, and get excited about it {like most people}. But Black Friday is almost exclusively a "holiday" in America, and this has to do mainly with Thanksgiving, exclusively an American holiday. Here's a link to a video from Hank Green {from vlogbrothers} explaining how Black Friday came about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BDuqUkGWN8&feature=g-user

    Thanks for the input!
